Terms of Service

By accessing or using Live3 you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access Live3 and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.

Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities outside of an authorised security program.

Don't use Live3 to violate the law, infringe intellectual property, or transmit harmful or unlawful content.

Paid plans are billed according to the order form or commercial agreement signed with Aeron Systems. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by law.

The Live3 platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Aeron Systems Pvt. Ltd. and licensed — not sold — to you.

Telemetry and configuration data you upload remain yours; you grant Aeron Systems the rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf.

Live3 is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Aeron Systems does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Aeron Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Either party may terminate access in accordance with the commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by your residency.
